We specialize in the placement of education professionals in client school districts who are otherwise unable to fill their open positions without the help of our staffing and recruitment services. We specialize only in education, and our clients are only public school districts. EduStaff employees work in public school districts, but are employed by EduStaff Resources™.
Advantages of working for EduStaff typically include higher wages than district employees, professional support services, and the flexibility of working for an employer that can assist in finding work in multiple geographical locations. In addition, EduStaff offers other, more traditional perks like signing bonuses, 401(k) retirement programs, generous benefit packages, bi-weekly pay with automatic deposit, a homebuyer’s assistance program, and more.
Advantages of working directly for a school district include the possibility for more stability in the assignment, excellent benefits packages, and the ability to apply for other internal positions in the same district. For individuals who are willing to work for a lower wage to gain the chance for more permanency in their assignment, school districts can be a good choice.
